Frequently Asked Questions

As you work with the EDCS various questions will arise. For example your session may time out and you wonder why or how to change the timeout interval. Or the site may behave in an unexpected way and you would like to understand why.

To help you with these frequently asked questions we have assembled a variety of questions that have been raised by other users. The FAQ document is a pdf which, when downloaded, can be searched for the topic of your choice.

Upgrades

You, the users, are the source of many great ideas. All ideas submitted, along with ideas from our own design team, are evaluated for generality and practicality and, if suitable, are added to our 'wish list'. As each new revision is planned the 'wish list' is reviewed and items are selected for that release.
